I made a payment but my invoice is still showing Unpaid
| If you have made a payment but the invoice is still showing unpaid there are a few reasons this might occur.
1) The credit card you were using was declined 2) You have sent an eCheck via PayPal. This will automatically mark paid once the check clears.
If you feel this message is in error please open a ticket to the Billing Department with the Invoice # and Transaction ID.
